Analyzes topics such as the early days of French cinema, la nouvelle vague, women film directors, Quebecois, African and Caribbean films, selected by type, period or director. Notes: May be repeated with permission of department or film studies advisor. May be repeated within the degree for a maximum 6 credits.
Recommended Prerequisite: 15 credits of French at the 300 level or permission of instructor.
