Laura Ellen Scott, MFA ’93, has had a flurry of success recently. “From Laura’s Pocket Guide…” was published in Hobart; “Exoskeletal”was published in Behind the Wainscot; “Felly Stories” was published in Storyglossia; “Do you know what it means to miss,” an excerpt from her novel-in-progress, was published in Juked; “Render, or to transmit to another” was published in the December issue of elmmae; and she has stories forthcoming in the “future” issue of Barrelhouse and in the anthology Gravity Dancers: More Fiction from Washington Area Women.
