Professor Bill Miller is the 2016 winner of the Jack Wood Award. The award, which recognizes leadership in strengthening university relationships with the community.
Miller is the director of the Fall for the Book Festival, which promotes literature and connects readers and authors at all levels. The Festival attracts the broadest possible cross-section of families and individuals throughout the area for readings and events on the Fairfax campus and around the DC region
